The Greek people have spoken, and they have said “no” to the additional austerity spending measures that those holding that country’s debt have insisted occur if Greece were to continue getting the monetary financing they need to keep running.
So now the question is what new measures their European colleagues will take following this rebuff, and whether they will include kicking Greece out of the European Union, and indeed let that country go into the tank.
