ORLANDO – “Orlando… You don’t know the half of it.” Mayor Buddy Dyer states. He recently launched a branding campaign to try and educate people on the city other than its theme parks.
City Beautiful is a international destination but finds themselves in a situation where people only associate them with Disney, Universal or SeaWorld. The Mayor believes that SeaWorld has not hurt the brand of Orlando and that they do great work but they were slow to react to negative press.
Mayor Dyer also discusses what coulda, woulda, shoulda been with the high-speed rail.
