ISIS Leader Forms Line of Succession

SYRIA – A United States commando strike deep within ISIS territory was extremely successful in learning more about the terrorist group that now stretches up to 36,000 miles.

America learned from documents obtained that the Islamic State has set up a line of succession. The officials say the leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is not the head of a snake to be chopped off. In fact, he often delegates authority to his cabinet, or shura council on subjects ranging from war, finance, religious affairs and others.
