Gun Control Center Stage In The U.S. Senate Monday

Currently there are four votes scheduled, two Democratic, and two Republican, mainly focusing at various degrees on what limits to place on guns sales to those on no-fly or similar watchlists, and the extent on background checks regarding sales over the internet and at gun shows.

None of the current bills are expected to pass at this point, though are reportedly some late efforts to try and come up with some legislative compromises that will allow something to pass. Whether that succeeds remains to be seen, but it should be a day filled with hearty debate either way.
