FLORIDA – Tallahassee has weighed in on scorned lovers using GPS trackers to follow their ex-lovers. Their conclusions; its a misdemeanor.

A minimal fine and potentially 60 days to 6 months in jail, Florida lawmakers making the public wonder if public safety is a priority.

It takes someone truly off their hinges to place a tracker on a unknowing persons car. The 6 month potential cooling off period is not enough to deter a person from committing this psychotic crime.
