DOT: Americans Complained More In 2015

How was your last flight? A report released by the Department of Transportation says Americans filed official complaints 9,542 times in the first half of this year.

That’s an increase of more than 20% compared to last year. It’s the usual stuff – mishandled baggage, delayed and canceled flights.

This report also says the nation’s largest airlines had an on-time arrival rate of about 75 percent in June up from 72 percent a year ago but down from May. Which airlines ranked and which tanked? Scott has the round up.
