Eurozone finance ministers meeting in Brussels rejected Greece’s request to extend its existing bailout program past a Tuesday deadline so that Greece could hold a referendum on the latest offer from its creditors. The nation’s banks and stock markets were closed on Monday and customers were only allowed withdrawals of $66.00 from ATM machines.
