Three police officers involved in the initial interviews of Cosby and his accuser Andrea Constand testified on Tuesday about the 2004 encounter in which she says Cosby gave her pills and wine and attacked her.
The defense said it was consensual sexual activity but Constand said she was “blurry and dizzy”…in no condition to consent or resist. Cosby is free on a million dollars bail. ABC’s Aaron Katersky has details from New York.
