Police published new surveillance video of the third Brussels airport attacker, the so called man in the hat. The new video showed the unidentified man’s escape route, and focused on his clothing, notably the tan jacket he wore at the airport and later discarded. The police issued the video as part of an appeal to the public to identify and find the man.
