AFRICA – The U.S. funds abstinence  education in sub-Saharan Africa to prevent AIDS transmission, but a new study shows the investment doesn’t lead to less risky sexual behaviors in that area. Researchers said there were no differences between countries that did or did not receive the funding. What a waste of money…

This is a program that was created by the Bush administration.It’s great they were trying to prevent a deadly disease. But why not do it a a practical way? Instead of imposing your morality on on others.
