Affluenza Teen Still In Mexico, Has Hearing In TX

The teenager given probation for killing four people in a DWI crash remains in an immigration facility in Mexico. Even as his deportation status remains unresolved south of the border, his status within the juvenile justice system is likely to change by the end of the day Tuesday.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving will attend the hearing at which a judge may transfer the Ethan Couch case into adult court. ABC’s Jim Ryan has the latest.
