The details we have from a sheriff’s briefing before this note went out, 4 dead, including the shooter, a total of 18 victims. The shooter took truck in earlier crime scene after shooting the driver before getting to Excel Industries. At Excel Industries, 15 people were shot; 4 killed, including the shooter. Gunfire exchanged, and the first officer on the scene shot and killed the gunman.
