Yesterday, the NFID convened leading public health and medical experts at a news conference to emphasize the importance of annual flu vaccination for everyone six months and older.
At the conference, CDC released new data that provides final vaccination coverage estimates for the 2013-2014 season, including estimates for the general population and special groups like pregnant women and healthcare personnel.
