Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer bought the Los Angeles Clippers for $2 billion Thursday night, according to the Los Angeles Times. Donald Sterling has also been ruled mentally unstable and thus has no say in who the team gets sold to. His wife Shelly is in complete control, according to USA TODAY Sports.
