A new poll of likely Florida presidential primary voters is good news for Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton.
The Florida Atlantic University Business and Economics Polling Initiative has Trump with a two-to-one edge over the rest of the G.O.P. field.
Clinton has a three-to-one lead over the rest of the Democratic field.
If Clinton and Trump were to meet in the general election, Trump would win Florida 49 percent to 41 percent according to the poll.
FAU poll breakdown:
Republicans: Trump 36 percent; Rubio 18 percent; Carson 15 percent; Cruz 10 percent; Bush 9 percent.
Democrats: Clinton 66 percent; Sanders 22 percent.
