According to police, last night at 9:30 PM, a driver was traveling northbound on I-75 north of SR-54. Another vehicle, which happened to be a tractor trailer, was traveling northbound on I-75 ahead of said driver.
The tractor trailer slowed for other slowing traffic. The driver of the car failed to observe the tractor trailer’s slowing and as a result, the front of the car collided with the rear of the trailer towed by the tractor trailer.
Both vehicles came to final rest in the outside northbound lane of I-75.
