The West Texas, Explosion: A Criminal Act

The massive explosion that killed 15 people and injured more than 200 in West, Texas, has been traced to a fire that was intentionally set, according to the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The ATF announced the findings of its investigation on Wednesday, within a mile of the spot where West Fertilizer Company stood until the April 17th, 2013, explosion. ABC’s Jim Ryan covered the disaster and Wednesday’s news conference.
