Texas Suffers Record Rainfall, Causes Havoc For State

Record rainfall, tornadoes and river flooding have killed around a dozen people in the last few days in Oklahoma, Texas and in northern Mexico, along the U-S border. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has toured devastated sections of his state as he prepares to declare a state of emergency.

Even under a threat of more rain, hail and twisters, officials were looking for flood victims still missing between Austin and San Antonio. ABC’s Jim Ryan will update the story from Dallas/Fort Worth.
