Teenage Son of Slain Woman Now Missing in Orlando

ORLANDO, FL (AP) Deputies are asking the public’s help in finding a missing 14-year-old Orlando boy whose mother was shot to death just this past August.

Ricardo Chang is has not been seen since Monday at about 7:30 p.m. at Central Florida Behavioral Center, on Central Florida Parkway.

In a statement, his father said that all they want want is Ricardo’s safe return and that the teen is not facing any consequences for walking away from the treatment center, he just wants the boy to call him.

Ricardo’s mother was found dead in her bed next to her 2-year-old son and no one has been arrested in the killing, which happened in southwest Orange County.

Ricardo is 5-feet-5, weighs 120 pounds and was wearing a blue shirt and dark jeans when he disappeared.
