According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Ciara Searfoss was arrested and charged with DUI after she was going north in the southbound lanes on US-41.
Police smelled alcohol upon a traffic stop at 1:07 Monday morning and after a Breathalyzer test, Searfoss had a blood alcohol level of .141 and .133.
