Alisha Hessler, 21, was released Monday morning from the Hillsborough County Jail after posting $500 bond. According to jail records, Hessler was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Monday at Adamo Drive and 21st Street North after she blew a .180 on a breathalyzer test.
Hessler went viral in September when she posed as Jasmine Tridevil and claimed she had a third breast implanted so she could “turn off guys.” On her Facebook page, she claimed she was filming her life in Tampa to show her struggles through the surgery.
