Tampa native Matthew Heller is upset with the Tampa Police Department. While at a concert, the police ransacked his vehicle on suspicion of it having marijuana. They tore wires, panels and essentially rendered his truck useless. Now Heller is wanting answers as to why the police did this and what they can do to fix the damage done.
