Deputies say 59-year-old John Paul Cowie was last seen on Monday (June 8) at about 7:40 p.m. heading east on 3rd Avenue South from his house at 518 3rd Avenue South. He is described as a 5’9″ white male weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair and is confined to a motorized wheelchair.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and a dark colored Air Force ball cap with dark colored pants.
Mr. Cowie suffered a traumatic brain injury which causes confusion and/or disorientation and he is also an insulin dependent diabetic.
