Ramos Design Build Has Successful Demolition Event

It’s not every day that you see a one-story 1960 home get demolished, but that’s exactly what Tampa residents got to see last week on Bayshore Boulevard.

Ramos Design Build hosted a demolition event that saw over 100 people come to watch the house be brought down, which was completed within 45 minutes. The event was a huge success for the design company who is working with News Talk Florida parent company United Cities Productions on a comprehensive brand building program.

“I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support regarding our recent project on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa,” said James Ramos, owner of Ramos Design Build. “As you know, we recently initiated the project with a demolition event.  The event drew a crowd of over 100 people that received a “behind the scenes” opportunity to watch our team tear down the existing structure that was on the property.”

The event was broadcasted live on AM820 News during Former Mayor Dick Greco’s Radio Show and received a lot of media attention.

The structure will be replaced with a massive mansion designed by Ramos.

“I am very excited about building this home on Tampa’s iconic Bayshore Boulevard.  It is situated on a corner lot over 165 feet of frontage on Bayshore Blvd. and waterfront views.”

“The home will be designed by one of the most respected architecture firms in Tampa Bay, Behar + Peteranecz and be in the sought-after Plant High School district.”
