Tampa police responded Thursday at 10:00 p.m. to the 2100 block of Rambla Street West. Officers learned that an argument between neighbors escalated until one person shot the other in the face before fleeing the scene.
At this time detectives are working on identifying and establishing probable cause on the suspect. The victim is in stable condition at St. Joseph’s hospital.
