Man Steals 2 Chainsaws From Tree Trimming Company

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating a theft of two Stihl chain saws.

Police say around 3:57 p.m. on March 5 at 7218 Hale Avenue North in Tampa. A white male pulled his gray 2002-06 Nissan Altima in front of the house and walked to the side of the residence and deprived the victim, a tree trimming company, of two Stihl chainsaws valued at over $500. He fled, undetected. A photo of the suspect was obtained off of a neighbors surveillance camera.

The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years old, 5’8″, 165 pounds, wearing a gray Amry t-shirt, black jeans and a brown baseball cap.
