Tampa police say the driver, 34-year-old Paul Andrew Tovar, lost control of his 2004 Suzuki motorcycle and hit a tree shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday night. Witnesses say there was no other vehicle involved.
Tovar was pronounced dead at the scene.
