Josh Freeman Injured Thumb at Gun Range

The Tampa Tribune reported Tuesday that Josh Freeman injured his right thumb at a local gun range on Halloween.

This was a week after the Bucs said Freeman sprained his thumb at the end of the Bucs’ game in London against the Bears.

The Bucs confirmed that Freeman needed 5 stitches to close a cut, and they were removed a week later.

The report said that an unexpected recoil injured Freeman’s thumb while he was firing the weapon.

Neither the Bucs, nor Freeman, disclosed the gun range injury until today.
