FLORIDA – Chief Marketing Officer of Visit Florida Paul Phipps is refusing to tell the media how much tax-paying money the state spent to obtain the services of rapper Pitbull.

Pitbull is now the face of Florida and leadership is hoping that he can lure young people to the sandy beaches. But the state will not disclose contract details.
