PALMETTO, Fla. (AP) _ A grand jury has indicted a Tampa man on two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of two brothers at a Palmetto convenience store.
Investigators say 23-year-old Khasem Yousef and his 17-year-old brother Faares were fatally shot as they worked at the store on Labor Day. The shooting was captured on the store’s surveillance video.
Police were called when a customer walked into the store and found their bodies.
U.S. marshals arrested Devin Chandler at his Tampa home.
The Bradenton Herald reports Chandler could be sentenced to death or life in prison if convicted.
