Man Goes To Trial For Shooting Dog Tied To Tracks

The story of Cabella, the dog who was found tied to railroad tracks and shot twice, continues as one of the men involved is expected to go to trial today.

21 year old Kenny Bell of Tampa is facing felony charges of possessing a dog for dog fighting. The jury selection phase begins today and Bell will be the first of four people to go to trial in this case.

Now about nine weeks after the incident, Cabela is recovering and is staying with a foster home until she is adopted.
