A Brandon Man, Bradley Steffes 29, was arrested for using a laser pointer on a Tampa Police Department helicopter. The event occurred two days after the FBI issued a warning for anyone who is using a laser on aircrafts. Police found a laser pointer, marijuana and a pipe.
