A clerk at Tony’s Smoke Shop in Tampa is in serious condition after getting shot during an overnight hold up attempt.
Police say a man pulled a gun and attempted to rob the West Waters Street store but ended up running out, but not before unloading several rounds.
One round hit 41 year old Nicanor Solar.
There is no word if the store has surveillance cameras.
The suspect is 20 to 30 years old, 5-6 to 5-8, 150 pounds, with a light complexion.
