Sentencing has been delayed for a Tampa man accused of tricking his pregnant girlfriend into taking an abortion pill after a judge expressed concerns over whether the dose could have caused the miscarriage.
John Andrew Welden was scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday, but a status hearing has been scheduled for Thursday morning.
