According to police, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred in the early morning hours at the Montierra Apartments. Deputies responded to a 911 call from the apartment and discovered the victim. The victim, 51-year-old Moises Alvarez-Hernandez, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Detectives are attempting to locate a white female that was seen in the area and detectives believe that she might have information that could be relevant to the homicide. She is described as a white female, mid to late 30’s, blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail, black shirt and hot pink shorts.
