There’s good news for people trying to sell a home in Tampa Bay.
RealtyTrac says single family home prices were up 11 percent in March.
That’s the third straight month with a big gain.
Pinellas County leads the way with single family homes now averaging $200 thousand.
That’s up 14 percent from a year ago.
