The upper level low that has been keeping us unsettled continues to hover over us meaning we will see more showers and storms today. The best chance will occur the first half of the day, with a few more dry spots this afternoon. Rain chance today is 60% and some of the rain will be heavy at times.
We’ll keep a few showers and storms in the forecast for tonight. Most of those will drift northward along the coast and a few embedded thunderstorms can’t be ruled out.
We dry out a little tomorrow, but we will still have a 40% chance for storms.
Today: Scattered showers and storms will prevail for the first half of the day with a few drier spots this afternoon. WInds will be S-SW 10 mph with highs in the mid 80s.
Tonight: A few showers and storms along the coast. Winds will be light with lows in the mid 70s.
