A standoff between police and an armed robber has ended peacefully.
21 year old James Taylor holed up in his Portofino Apartments unit in Tampa shortly after demanding Xanax at gunpoint at a Bruce B. Downs CVS Pharmacy overnight.
Police say Taylor fired two shots into a wall at the pharmacy during the heist because the staff wasn’t moving quickly enough to get him the drugs.
