A St. Petersburg city employee is in critical condition after getting hit by a car in front of City Hall Tuesday morning.
63 year old water resources worker Steve Milliron was crossing the street in the crosswalk at 2nd Avenue North and 5th Street when he was hit by a car that was making a green light right turn.
Police are investigating who is at fault.
