St. Lucie County Beaches were closed Monday because of sharks seen swimming close to shore…VERY close to shore! County officials returned to the beach this morning and determined that the beaches could be reopened but urged caution with this message on Twitter. “All St. Lucie County beaches are open today. Be sure to swim at a lifeguarded beach (Pepper Park or Waveland)”
