MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (AP) _ A construction crew found a skull and bones behind the Miami Beach water treatment plant.
The Miami Herald (http://bit.ly/K1o5iC ) reports that detectives responding to the site on Wednesday afternoon believed the bones were human and called the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Authorities say the medical examiner will determine whether the bones are indeed human and whether it appears to be a homicide.
No further details were immediately available.
