Bakari Parks turned himself into the Hillsborough County Jail after Tampa Police detectives identified him as the suspect responsible for shooting a four-year-old child.
Parks fired a gun during an argument with another individual on Monday, April 14. One of the bullets traveled 25 yards north and hit 4-year-old Renaldo Moore in the arm as he walked with his mother at West Spruce Street and North Oregon Avenue.
Parks was charged with two counts of Attempted First Degree Felony Murder with a Firearm. He is currently being held without bond.
The four-year-old, Renaldo Moore, was released from the hospital last night and he is now recovering at home.
