A 68-year-old sex offender from Seminole County was arrested Monday after deputies found him at a public park.
The man, identified as William Foster, told investigators that we was fishing but authorities believe that he was spying on young females at the park.
WFTV states that deputies said they arrested Foster at Red Bug Lake Park.
This is not the first time Foster has been in trouble for something like this. Back in 2002, Foster admitted to molesting a 12-year-old.
Now labeled as a sex offender, Foster is forbidden to visit any public park.
