Drunk Seminole Woman Hits House Not Once, But Twice

Deputies have arrested a Seminole woman for DUI and Battery on Law Enforcement Officer after she drove her vehicle into her home.

According to deputies, witnesses observed 46-year-old Cheri Tenney driving her 2005 GMC Envoy into the garage of her private residence located at 12274 Windtree Blvd. in Seminole. While entering the garage, Tenney hit a portion of the garage before attempting to back out.

Approximately an hour later, Tenney returned to her vehicle outside and began to rev the engine, before placing the vehicle in drive. Tenney was then observed driving the vehicle through the front window of her residence and out of the back of the residence.

Tenney then placed the vehicle in reverse and backed the vehicle through the home and parked it in the front yard. Tenney exited the vehicle and returned inside her home.

When deputies arrived on scene, Tenney was found inside the residence partially unclothed.

Tenney was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Battery on Law Enforcement Officer.
