SeaWorld Closes Due to Isaac

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ SeaWorld Orlando has announced plans to close early because of inclement weather in the Orlando area caused by Tropical Storm Isaac.

The theme park will close Monday at 4 p.m. It had been scheduled to stay open until 7 p.m.

Officials at Disney World and Universal Orlando say they are operating under regular schedules for now.

Rain is falling in Orlando and across much of Florida as Tropical Storm Isaac continues to move toward the northwest in the Gulf of Mexico.

At 11 a.m. EDT, Isaac remained a tropical storm with top sustained winds of 65 mph. Isaac is expected to make landfall in the northern Gulf on Tuesday or Wednesday.
