On the way home from Pinellas Park Elementary School, a bus driver failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of 64th Avenue North and Haines Road in Pinellas Park. A Mazda crashed into the side of the bus. The bus driver was ticketed, while the driver of the car was not harmed.
One child of the 30 on board was transported to the hospital for additional treatment.
