Wildlife officials seized seven venomous reptiles from a man who they say is not licensed to own them.
Nick Mitchell, 20, is charged with seven counts of unlawful possession of venomous reptiles, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission says. Each count is a misdemeanor and comes with up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. He is also being charged with other violations that relate to the care, labeling and keeping of the animals.
