The investigation revealed Andy Santos and Jaeger got into a verbal argument because Jaeger made an inappropriate comment to Santos’ girlfriend. When Santos approached Jaeger he produced a firearm and shot Jaeger multiple times.
Santos was transported to Bayfront Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A witness at the scene identified Jaeger as the shooter and he was arrested with the assistance of the US Marshals on 4/15/15 at 7025 70th Street in Pinellas Park.
He was charged with attempted first degree murder.
