St. Petersburg police are assisting FHP with an overturned semi on I-275 and 15th Avenue South.
According to authorities, a semi-tractor-trailer hauling a crane overturned after it drove through a guardrail and down an embankment after blowing a tire.
The driver is out of the cab and does not appear to have any significant injuries and no other vehicles are involved.
Since 15th Avenue South dead ends at the Interstate, there is no road closure at that location and it appears the Interstate itself is open.
