Florida’s DCF Secretary Changes Too Little, Too Late for Phoebe Jonchuck

FLORIDA – Florida’s Department of Children and Families Secretary Mike Carroll plans on putting together a panel to evaluate the John Jonchuck’s case and the gruesome death of his 5-year-old daughter Phoebe.

Carroll’s plan is completely underwhelming as he stated that he is not sure if the changes that will be implemented would have prevented Phoebe’s death. It will also take a 30 day deliberation process and several month implementation processes.
